• Video Showcase – Within 1–3 days of receiving your booking/payment, we schedule a 15-minute video call to show the products and answer any queries.

• Confirm & Pay in full – If satisfied, you may complete the payment of the full product cost via PayPal. The booking amount will be adjusted against the final price.

• Delivery to Your Doorstep – Your products will arrive within 1 week after full payment.

• Returns / Handling Fee – If you decide not to proceed after the video call, the booking fee $25 will be non refundable
