Returns & Exchanges (India)

At Priyam Global Exports, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer a 3-day return or exchange window from the date the product is delivered.

Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are applicable only for:

• Unstitched or semi-stitched products

Returns or exchanges are not applicable for:

• Customized products

• Tailor-made or ready-made garments

• Products altered as per customer request

 

Return Request

To initiate a return or exchange request, please email us at
cpriyamglobalexports@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product.

Requests sent after this period may not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse.

We reimburse ₹120 towards return shipping cost after the product is received and inspected.

 

Refund Method

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only.

• Store credit will be issued within 2–3 working days after the returned product reaches our warehouse.

• Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Return / Exchange Policy ( out of India )

• Currently, we do not permit international returns or exchanges.

• Should a customer wish to return a product, they are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse in India.

• Please note that we do not cover any shipping charges for returns.

• Kindly be aware that exchanges, returns, or refunds cannot be processed for custom-stitched or ready-made products.

 

Refused Deliveries

If a prepaid order is refused at delivery, it will not be eligible for refund.

If the order needs to be re-shipped, shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

International Orders

Currently, returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders.

If a customer still wishes to return a product:

• The item must be shipped back to our warehouse in India.

• All international shipping, customs, and handling charges will be borne by the customer.

• Shipping fees paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.

Please note that custom-stitched or ready-made products are not eligible for return or refund.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

 

For prepaid orders:

• A 5% payment gateway fee deduction will apply.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 3 working days.

Conditions Where Returns / Exchanges Are Not Applicable

 

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:

• Customized or made-to-measure products

• Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

• Products not returned in original packaging and condition

• Orders purchased using store credit

• Repeated return requests from the same customer

 

Product Disclaimer

Due to photography lighting and screen display differences, slight variations in color, texture, or weave may occur. Such variations are not considered defects.

Handloom or handcrafted products may contain minor irregularities, which are natural characteristics of handmade textiles.
